Is the music featured on the asian subchannels available in the US?
UTBHollywooy and Arirang both feature music video programs (UTB Music TV and Pops in Soeul, respectively) that seem to have the latest songs and upcoming artists - excluding illegal downloads, ebay, and amazon, is any the this music sold in the US?

Depends on the popularity of the artist internationally.
But in general, you'd have to get them from specialty retailers, shops in Little Tokyo or Koreatown, or popular online retailers like:
