Correct date
I am not even sure how to put this problem. The date is wrong on the Anti virus internal setting. At the moment it says..January 1 2006
I have no clue how to put this right. I have run through the programme and there are no viruses and no other problems. the computer is doing everything I want it to do but the date is being flashed as incorrect every time I open up. Weird.
Any comments wold be appreciated.

Some simple questions: What is the name of the anti-virus software? Is the date wrong only inside the software or is it system wide? Is it always Jan 1, 2006?

Re: Correct date
Dear Moises.
thanks for your interest. I am pleased to tell you that I sorted it out. It was the AVG programme and when I was looking up the number etc. I extended my search in the Help page and found out how to get the clock and the dates and I simply Changed them to present time and clocked OK and found out I was smarter than I thought. -)
I still don't know why it happened but I decided to leave well enough alone in that regard....
