If the teens can't write, they probably can't read Japanese either. So how would they understand the commercial in the first place? If it was directed towards non-Japanese writers, they probably could have made the commercial a lot more easier to understand.

All I could understand with my low knowledge of Japanese was "essay contest" and "Okinawa". In the background were pics of the movie that will air tommorow. So I presume its an essay contest regarding Okinawa, or the movie, but I'll e-mail UTB if you want for more info.

LOL, actually it was my choice. My grandparents were going shopping, and my dad's work is boring, so I went to my mom's work.

Heh, that sounds fun, anyways, let's get back on topic now.
