They have the best prices in town. There are several other stores that sell dvds/dramas, but their prices aren't as good.

For Japanese music, dvds, and dramas someone else will need to make suggestions. Obviously, Kinokuniya, Asahiya and anime stores carry music and some dvds, but don't know of any stores that carry it all.

Some Japapnese dramas can be found in Chinese dvd stores, of which there are plenty in San Gabriel (try in the 99 Ranch Market Plaza on Valley Blvd. - also swing by Sam Woo's for bbq pork!). These generally are in Japanese with Chinese subtitles.
