He has refused his Assent to Laws, the most wholesome and necessary for the public good.
He has forbidden his Governors to pass Laws of immediate and pressing importance, unless suspended in their operation till his Assent should be obtained, and when so suspended, he has utterly neglected to attend to them.
He has refused to pass other Laws for the accommodation of large districts of people, unless those people would relinquish the right of Representation in the Legislature, a right inestimable to them and formidable to tyrants only.

I've changed the code to run near the end of the page instead of after the window has loaded. Hopefully, that will eliminate the problem of the code sometimes not running.
If anyone does have problems with the new code, please post here to let me know so that I can try to fix it. Please post what browser, browser version, and OS (and version) you are using.
Basically, the list test post should show a list with two levels of bullets. The float test should show text flowing around the image. If you have appropriate fonts on your computer, the language test should show that 海 and 。 are displayed differently depending on whether you've told the browser the current text is Chinese as written in China, Chinese as commonly written elsewhere, Japanese, or Korean. What you shouldn't see (more than temporarily) is a bunch of nonsensical, underlined text.
