how did you get just attach my message to your message i can't figure that out yet.
I‛m not quite clear on your question. I noticed that I have your name ("discotea30 wrote:" ) in my quote, but my name is not in your quotation. Are you asking how to put the person‛s name in, the person being quoted?
If so, the answer is that you did everything correctly, except you deleted the name at the very top of the compose screen when you were cutting down the quote to only the part you wanted. You have to leave in the quoted poster‛s name at the very top, then delete below that everything you don‛t want.
Hope that helps.

I think thursday's episode was not shown. My VCR only recorded a black screen. I don't know what happened that day. Did other have the same problem?
haven't seen wednesday's yet so not sure about that either.

Re: K-drama: 海神/해신 (Emperor of the Sea)
I recorded and watched both Wed and Thurs night's episodes, so they were broadcast - over Adelphia cable in the Valley, anyway. Don't ask me to recap though, because it's all so confusing, I'm not even sure I remember what happened. All I can remember is that Goong-bok wound up in jail again, got freed again and keeps getting into trouble in the power struggle between Madame Jami and the government. And, he wants the "young miss" (aka the yellow sister in nchristi's recap) to run away with him because he loves her. She said she would. But, there was a big fight at the end of Thursday's episode - Madame Jami's troops, the gov't troops and the pirate troops - so it doesn't look like things will be going smoothly for them for a while.

How did Goong-bok & the young Miss see each other again? Last I saw, Goong-bok & Yeom-jang were about to compete in fencing. Who won this?

They fought until they evenly locked swords and the guy in charge told them to stop. So, neither one was declared the winner. But the guy in charge didn't automatically make Goong-bok a member of the military (absolving him from his slave status), either. Instead, if I remember correctly, he sent Goong-bok on a secret mission to test him out.

^ Thanks, nchristi. Did the soldier, who taught Goong-bok fencing while he was slave at horse stable, find Goong-bok & his friend in town yet?

I'm not sure I'm clear on who you're asking about. Is it the man who was the blacksmith, who made swords and the horse shoes? He was dragged away in leg chains at the horse farm but then was made into a military guy?
He arranged to have Goong-bok and his sidekick taken away to join the navy but it was just a pretense to get Goong-bok away from the horse farm and to join him in his secret new military group. Since Goong-bok and friend weren't in on the deal, they thought they were really being taken away to the navy so they escaped.
To make a long story short, here's the answer to your question! Yes, after all the big mess of escaping, etc., there was a scene where Goong-bok met up with a guy connected to the blacksmith and he was lamenting how they spent so much money on a bribe to get Goong-bok out, only to have him escape and screw things up.
Someone else will have to pick up the story from here, because I was one of those who missed the next episode due to the KXLA off-air situation last week.

^ Yes, that's exactly the guy I'm talking about - the blacksmith / soldier. Thanks, nchristi!
