Re: UPDATES ABOUT UTB
This thread is specifically about UTB's programming, and as mentioned above, there are no cutbacks or changes to UTB's programming bloc scheduled for this time. Good news for us!

Re:
This is an email I got in response to my inquiry about the impact on their programming...
Thank you for contacting UTB.
Although KSCI LA18 had major change with their format,
UTB continue to air our Sunday 6:00-8:00 pm Japanese programs as usual.
You may find more details about this change in Rafu Shimpo's article at
http://www.rafu.com/2017/06/a-major-loss-for-words/
Again, thank you for watching UTB.

Re:
I checked at noon and KSCI didn't air their usual mid-day Chinese language drama and only aired infomerials so I guess this is a sign of the new format.

Re: UPDATES ABOUT UTB
Just saw a communication from their Facebook page abut this. What is your source for the new station that will start on April 15? Whatever it is, is it going to be all Japanese programming? I hope we will be able to get Partners, at least. If anyone knows a source for Partners that is subbed in English, please let us know. On line or otherwise.
So sad!
