Re: K-Drama:백년의 유산 (Hundred Year Inheritance)
It's a weekend drama here, Sat-Sun on MBC Digital, 18.3.
The "front page" (first post of each drama thread) shows when it airs in SoCal. It also repeats weekdays—check the front page for the schedule.

Re:
Park Won Suk is really a wonderful actress. I hve watched her for some years . she used to play very sophisticated ladies. Usually a chaebol wife . Very lively and sometimes very funny. Then she had a sad time when her adult son was killed. ?car accident? Not sure. Anyway she doted on him and was really put out of acting for some time. Eventually she got better and since then she has played very powerful roles and quite often very mean and nasty characters. I have wondered if this is almost therapy for her to yell and shout and be totally wild in a role. It is certainly interesting for the audience.

brad6: I didn't know about her son. I wonder if he was her only child? How sad. She's a fabulous actress, especially playing the evil MIL. To me, no one does it better!!

Re:
I'm loving this one!! Mama's Boy is my favorite. He's hilarious! I mostly watch just to see him. I swear, even if Cha Won went back to him, I'd be OK w/it. He's all the rotten things people see but there is something about him I just like! He's lazy, a hot head, spoiled and stupid.... but still, something innocent about him. What a shame his mother ruined him.
And Mama is another one I enjoy watching. She's the best when it comes to evil MIL's on Kdramas!

Re: K-Drama:백년의 유산 (Hundred Year Inheritance)
This is a great drama with all of the best Kdrama elements intact.
I love the son too. He's a sad soul. Too bad, because I always like the actor. I know I'm up to episode 23 and ahead of you. I think it gets better. Love the mother. She's so crazy, it's funny.

Re:
I seriously watch this mainly for Mama and Mama's Boy. They are fun to watch. I cheated on this one. Was too good not to. I did a marathon over the weekend. Butt is sore from sitting for hours and hours.

Re:
I truly enjoy this drama. Luvvvvv mama as well, the 'queen of mean' with her devoted son!
I can only watch this program on the internet since I cannot find it via U-verse in SoCal

Re:
Mama Boy just can't seem to move on. He always loved Chawon but he is such a mama's boy that he allowed his mother to ruin things for him. He also loves his mother and allowed her to manipulate his life and divorce. Maybe now he sees mommy dearest for what she is. But it's too late for him and Chawon.
Mama Boy isn't going down w/o a fight so he's now kidnapped Chawon. Previews show her getting hurt while being w/him.
Mama Girl is another one! She knows Seyeon wants to go slowly with any possible relationship between them but she figures she's waited 3 years so he should hurry up and get off the fence. She is just too pushy and she has an ally in his mother. So she's gonna really try to force him to go to her and I think that will just make him want to put more space between them.
He's already becoming intrigued by Chawon.

Re: K-Drama:백년의 유산 (Hundred Year Inheritance)
I'm liking this one, too! It's funny, but Screech Mom and Mama's Boy are my favorites, too. It's kind of funny because I usually dislike both these "over the top" type characters, but maybe it is because they are so over the top that they are more amusing than upsetting.
Why is Chaewon pretending to still be married—and happily at that? I missed that somewhere along the line. Does she just not want the hero to feel it necessary to keep saving or protecting her? In last night's episode, she certainly seemed very glad to see him.
I really need to go look at the characters' names for this one!
Then there is Hyo-dong and his crummy sister-in-law, Kang-suk. I can't stand how conniving and nasty she is all the time, especially this new development of blackmailing Hyo-Dong and his café sweetheart, Choo-hee.
The scenes of Oppa Rooftop and "Mom's" family were too funny. Especially that he was incensed at them all thinking he would be interested in someone as old as their mother! What I'm finding odd is how the writers seem to be pairing Oppa Rooftop with Uhm Ki-Ok. She looks young enough to be his granddaughter! The actress is 33, however.
