Re:

Hyena,
I agree with you that the ending is most disappointing. Why did the killer have all those books and why did he want his victims to write such a tale before he killed them. I thought at first that maybe he was responsible for the death of his foster parents. Did that send him slightly mentally off the road? Why the bar codes anyway. There are so many questions they put up but they did not answer any of them.
I am going to watch the last two episodes again to see if I missed something.

I like the two main stars/characters, but the rest of it is dumb. I'm tired of criminals who are way smarter than the cops, tired of really stupid cops, tired of what the writers make the characters do just to move the story along. How's that for a rant? Well, I watch the scenes with the two characters. I get a kick out of the guy trying to get the girl to let him stay over night, but she keeps sending him home. I'd like to see these two in a better written production.

I think tonight in LA is episode 12? I will try to check--I forget almost every night! LOL

I agree Hyena... I would like to see the two leads in a quality drama together. I actually liked the chemistry between them. Or maybe it's just HIM. He seems like such a good actor that he could have chemistry with anyone.

I also agree that the writers (and whoever else) go beyond stupidity with how they portray some characters on these dramas. They make CEO's of large companies nothing but back stabbing criminals or make them so ignorant that you know there is no way they could have gotten to where they are.

The writers in this make the police a bunch of keystone cops... total idiots! Even have the lead guy, who is already 'on to' the murdering chef, let the chef have his phone to use. And didn't watch him. Also, lead guy hits chef with the gun and then just leaves.. Excuse me??? You're gonna leave him? Seriously? Sooooo not what a police officer would do.

Almost over.. emoticon

After thought: They used to make very good quality (16 episode) dramas. Remember Thank You, Last Scandal of My Life, Couple or Trouble? I mean, they had very entertaining and well made dramas. Now it's just throw whatever out there and insert one silly scenario after another... Anything to drag it out and make us agonize with the silliness of it... I know they can give better.. But it's all about speed and money and greed. Quality has left the room.

Re:

Park Yoo Chun has won several outstanding actor awards, and I've seen him in other dramas. There are some good dramas out there, but, for the most part, the writers can't seem to get the cops right. One of better ones I've seen is the recent Healer, where the cops were dealing with corruption. They were portrayed as fairly intelligent! So, it's just kind of hit and miss.

Yeah, I keep thinking about that phone. Such a stupid scene. Also stupid was the main guy trying to get reinstated by rattling the conference room door. And, you're right, bonking the chef over the head and then leaving. So dumb.

Yes I agree with you BUT they did not solve the Bar code mystery at all to my satisfaction; Yes they got the killer but they then totally left the books and bar codes and never mentioned them again. Either bad writing or lack of ideas or time restraints. In any case unproffessional

I've pretty much given up--it's just so unbelievable, the cops are sooo stupid, so unprofessional. I've been checking in at the last 5 minutes to see what they're using as a cliff hanger, but that's about it. Too bad--the leads are cute together.

I've kinda dumped this one too. Such a shame because there IS a good cast and they could have done something good with this. I think writers (or whoever is in charge) just want to throw whatever out there and not put any thought into 'quality'. Just make um' and get them out and start on another. All comes down to greed..

Turned out to be a super stupid drama. Even if they made the cops 'idiots' by trying to throw humor in there... it all just flopped. Quality actors made to play a bunch of morons.

Re:

Agree and agree and agree completely!!! It started out to be unusual and clever but quickly fell into a very messy silly story.

A waste of good actors.
