Taxi driver Zhao Yuanjia has achieved little in life other than having a good wife. He is having an unfortunate run of bad luck, and whilst unemployed he discovers he is also infertile thus unable to father a child with his wife. He eventually discovers that he is a talented manicurist, but his wife and her family are not happy with his job.
The cast includes Zhang Guoli, Hong Jiantao, Yue Hong, and Mai Hongmei.
