With IE, select Properties and then select and copy the URL from the properties window. Then, when adding a reply here, click on the Insert image button and paste, which is often Ctrl+V. Or you can use the Edit/Paste menu item in your browser.) Here are a couple more, this time with more of a C/J/K theme: classulclassliWhich Chinese Mythological Being Are You?classliWhat Chinese Symbol Are You? And here are my results, fire from one and ice from the other:
classfloat-left You are Feng-huang! Mythological Background: The phoenix is the highest and most revered force in the skies. It's associated with power and prosperity, because it is the king of all birds. Mars brings about intense love, passion, and even aggression. It is given the best traits of all beasts - its different parts come from different animals. The five mystical colours in its plume are black, white, red, green and yellow. The Phoenix is a very auspicious aspect in Chinese mythological culture; and its symbol is used only with royalty. Japanese Name: Suzaku

That does it! Hopeless. Absolutely hopeless. Even after a margarita!
To top it all off, they even gave me four choices of characters! bye, bye.
ccwf: Your character sounds a little like "batman"(? )
Interesting link - thanks.

They're from the same site, but sometimes it's a little busy. Just wait a bit and retry.
star1, after inserting an image, you should see something like the following added to the Message area:

Re: Which Chinese Symbol & Mythological Being Are You?
ccwf (& Company) I really appreciate all the help. I did, in fact, see such a fix; that is why I am so confused. You are all so helpful, not to mention patient. As no rest suggested yesterday, I used the insert image button and, since I have IE, the CtrlV usually does the job. In the past I have been able to email pics, so this is distressing -- maybe I inadvertently deleted something while cleaning out some files (?). I'll keep trying, and trying, and trying. Thanks, again, everyone! Enjoy the rain .

Yay, I got ice. I was expecting it. =) I can be cold sometimes - and you're right ccwf, it was probably undergoing heavy internet traffic at that time so it didn't work.
We are enjoying the rain.

The Insert image part looks fine, but it looks like you had right-clicked on the page and copied its title. You need to right-click on the image and select its URL/address. (Then hit Insert image and paste.)

You are Xuan Wu! Mythological background: Because the turtle has a thick, solid shell that serves as protection - this animal is associated with stability. You enjoy intellectual pursuits. Also, in Feng Shui (the Chinese myths behind choosing a house), the black turtle's solidity is used to protect from cold northern winds.classblock clear
I guess the most I could say is that there's nothing greater to which I would aspire than the attributes described by Xuan Wu and Water. I totally love the idea of protecting others from the cold northern wind and having/providing stable endurance that outlasts whatever is brought against me and mine. If I had my life to do over again (and still may do), it occurred to me that the only profession I can think of that would satisfy my equally split personality (science and touchy/feely--very uncomfortable, as I find neither world satisfying), is in the speech therapy fields. Lots of science/technical challenges involved, yet how indescribably rewarding to give the gift of better speech to those with serious impediments/challenges. And even more appealing to me is that only that individual and I would know of the profound improvement to the person's life. Oh, man, what a high.
