I've been there... the ribs fall off the bone, and it's really, really good...I like their sauce too. But I don't think they slow smoke it... I think they bake it first than put it on the grill for flavor and put on the BBQ sauce. Lucilles in Long Beach does a pretty good job slow smoking their ribs... but still not like Woody's... Man, I'm getting hungry... time for Three Minute Cooking.
