Re: J-Drama: ハルとナツ (Haru to Natsu/Haru e Natsu)

Its been a while since this drama ended, but I do have a question. In Japanese class we're studying about the seasons and the seasons "haru" and "natsu" have special kanji. (春 For Haru) (夏 For Natsu). So why did this series use the katakana?

I just found out that Fumiya(Kohashi Kenji) from Churasan was in Haru E Natsu.

What part did he play in Haru E Natsu please?

Kinta has a familiar ring to it. I wonder if it's one of the cousins in the beginning that were teasing the girls.

Thanks. I finally found Kinta. He's one of the two boys that help Natsu with the cows and making cheese during and after the war. He looks completely different from Fumiya in Churasan, but after a while you can tell they are the same.

J-Drama: ハルとナツ (Haru to Natsu/Haru e Natsu)

Oh ok! I kept thinking "Which one was he? I know he wasn't one of her brothers. Was the on the plantation?" I know some people didn't like this series but it really touched my heart.

Yeah. I don't think they had that major of a role. They left after Natsu got together with the Japanese-American occupying officer!

You're right. Their role was comparatively small for someone who had such a big part in Churasan. But then every one had a small role except for the mother and father as the passing of time assured new faces for each era.
