I like Part 2 better than Part 1.

I finished watching Friday's episode 5 hours ago and I'm still thinking about it!!!

classrevealImageclassspoilerIt's hard to watch Yao-Huei trying to get on Hsiao-Ming's good side again (for the rest of the series I presume) when it's not his fault that he was in a coma for 3 years. Hsiao-Ming is coming off as a self-centered, spoiled, immature little girl. I feel sorry for Yao-Huei's character. Like Yao-Huei's best friend said (I think it's the best line so far) "How come Hsiao-Ming's roommates are one-by-one prettier than Hsiao-Ming?!" But it still brok Yao-Huei's heart when Hsiao-Ming failed to show up at his welcome back party. But the reality is that it is not uncommon in Taiwan for a guy to suffer so in pursuit of a woman! So I guess a lot of the audience will be able to relate.

I had to get that off my chest!
i agree with u about Hsiao Ming and Yao Huei....i just feel sad for him...it's not his fault..but Hsiao Ming blame him....even not show up on his welcome back party...that's like so sux...first she wish him come back but now he did..and she can't accept him..i mean wth...i find that stupid...

Re: TW-drama: 我的秘密花園II (Secret Garden II)

There are several great scenes that this show had produced!

One of the best scenes I have seen is the one that Hsiao-Ming and Yao-Huei were sitting in the bus station. One just came back from visiting his father and the other is going to see him in Tainan. They were both sitting at the same post, but facing different directions. They were talking to people on their cell phones. Then Hsiao-Ming heard Yao-Huei talking about how much he loves her and realized that he was sitting next to her. After the phone conversation, they stood up and turned and she was facing him!!! I thought that was great!

People should all have friends like that in college!

KSCI should have provided English subtitles for this!

^Ya, i wish there were subtitles for this show as well. I saw a little bit of SG1...with Wallace Huo (he was in there right? lol).

Who sings the opening theme to this show? I was just wondering...

Re: TW-drama: 我的秘密花園II (Secret Garden II)

According to this link:

http://www.chinatv.com.tw:8081/event/2004/secretgarden2/

today's episode is part of Episode 19 and some of Episode 20. I suspect this show will end next Tuesday, or maybe Monday if they edit out some parts. There is a total of 21 episodes.

I haven't seen a trailer for the new show yet.

I'm enjoying this show a lot. Some parts are silly, but fun to watch nevertheless. It is light-hearted and although it is entirely fictional, it is not unrealistic to imagine the dialogues take place amongst the college-age crowd in Taiwan.

So amazing to see the actor who plays Huang Yao-Huei doing half a strip-tease routine on TV. Incidentally, he has a photo-book out where he wasn't shy to exhibit his body.

The acting from these young actors have improved much from the first series. You can tell these actors get along very well off screen -- their on-screen chemistry is amazing.

It is certainly different than all the other Korean shows I'm watching.

Re: TW-drama: 我的秘密花園II (Secret Garden II)

I heard on KSCI that the new show Good Luck Angel will begin on 1/18/05, so Secret Garden II will probably end Monday. But there are still quite a bit of the show left, so it is possible that Secret Garden will carryover to Tuesday and the new show will begin half way on Tuesday.

------
Just as I thought, this show will conclude tomorrow with maybe 10 minutes (or less) of the story left.

I was lucky that I was home today. My ReplayTV was set to record Secret Garden everyday at noon. At 12:20pm today, I looked at my ReplayTV and the record light was not on. I quickly pushed the record button and found out that ReplayTV's TV guide had Good Luck Angel in KSCI's 12:00-1:30 time slot today, so it did not set to record Secret Garden at all. I only missed 20 minutes of the show. I would have been upset if I wasn't home and came home to find no Secret Garden on my Replay TV!

I think everyone's acting job had gone down a notch from previous episodes. I guess all the actors knew they were finishing up the show and were having too much fun with each other to really act.

It was still enjoyable though.
