Wow! Maybe it's just me, but the website was slow! Thank goodness I have high speed. But it took a good 3 minutes to load anything at first.
BTW, glad to find your website. I've been watching this channel ever since I first came over to US 13~14 years ago. I didn't start watching again until recently after I move back to Orange County from San Diego.

hehe, the site is in Flash, that's why it takes some time to load, but it shouldn't have taken that long.

Re: Love of the Aegean Sea
It's actually getting pretty good because you can feel the tension and love between the 3 main characters. But it is torturous to watch because you just know that no one is going to go away a winner because one of them bound to get hurt.
Peter Ho has a great look on this show. Chae Rim is cute, but I really admire these actors because they don't really speak the same language when they converse. How do you even rehearse a scene when one speaks Korean and the other speaks Cantonese or Mandarin?!
They should do a better makeup job on the mainland Chinese actors. For some reason, Chae Rim must have a different makeup artist and/or stylist than the other actors because she just looks different from the mainland Chinese actresses--the way her makeup is done and the way she dresses. Even the guy who plays the Chae Rim's cousin's pursuer has a strange/different hair/makeup/outfit from Peter Ho and Alec Su.
That's just one of the inconsistencies throughout this show that could have made this serial a much better show if these details are dealt with. The show feels dis-jointed somehow. It does seem that there are 3 teams (mainland China, Taiwan, and Hong Kong) working on these actors and actresses.
It's hard for me to watch Alec Su in a mature role. I still remember him as a pre-teen singer. I'm getting OLD!
Does anyone know how many episodes this show will air?

The series is 40 episodes. Just think that it will take about 30 days to air (if each day an hr was aired).
I hope KSCI airs Amor de Tarapaca after this or in the near future--the series is TW w/ a Korean actor (Han Jae Suk), and the series flows so much better.

Re: Love of the Aegean Sea
Did anyone see today's (Monday)episode?
I would love to hear a synopsis of today's episode.
For some reason, we haven't been getting any KSCI signals (Ch. 18 on Adelphia) all weekend. I have Replay TV, so I didn't even know nothing was taped on all KSCI shows that I've programmed all weekend. I called Adelphia, but no one is answering the phone. I can get signals from every other station, so maybe Adelphia is having trouble receiving signals from KSCI.
TIA.

OT - Reminds me of a couple I knew. They met here in U.S. He is German; she is Korean. The most workable common language they shared was French! At their wedding here, they had a Korean minister and an American (for benefit of guests since marriage was here in States) who shared in the officiating. Really neat.

Re: Love of the Aegean Sea
I checked the Soomp.com link. Thanks. They are still working on the synopsis from Episode 30 onwards, but it's good to read them so I won't feel so bad missing an episode.
For anyone that's interested, the synopsis don't start until page 37 of that particular post about Chae Rim.

Re: 情定愛琴海 (Love of the Aegean Sea)
Today, the episode aired was episode 31. On page 50 of the Chae Rim link in Soompi.com has the synopsis for the next 3 episodes.
The crazed Yi-Chien is very similar to Mi-Ran in Firebird/Phoenix.
