ImaginAsian is coming to TW cable, and new AZN channel
woot woot, I just saw it on AZN channel on TW Cable. I guess the AZN channel on TW cable will be moved to the new channel designation.
ImaginAsian tv is coming to TW Cable, woot woot. I'm so excited. what sort of shows is on ImaginAsian network? more Japanese programming? any of musical variety shows? 2 more days..yay!!!!!

. . . but the entire IA website has been down for the last three days. And that, in a nutshell, may tell you everything you need to know about IA.
However, by all means, give IA a try. Lots of people (mostly the 19-and-younger crowd) do seem to like it.

Though I'm not much of an ImaginAsian fan, I have been checking in Sunday evenings to watch the great Korean drama "Damo."
But . . . last night, I was surprised to find my satellite broadcast of ImaginAsian replaced by something called "Retro Jams" (consisting of mostly older music videos, like Queen and Duran Duran). And "Retro Jams" was still running on the IA satellite channel when I checked in this morning.
So, are you California folks still getting ImaginAsian on cable? It's possible that IA got switched to a different satellite channel, and if so, I'll need to do some heavy-duty searching to find it again. But, before I do, I also have to verify that IA is still in business!

Hey, hi there, Hiroshi! Yeah, I guess I’ve reverted to semi-lurker status around here recently. Actually, given that Los Angeles is 2-4 weeks ahead of my satellite broadcast on practically everything, I find that I can hardly check in here anymore – unless I don’t mind spoiling the endings of all the shows I’m watching!
Visited family in Los Angeles a few weekends ago, and I rediscovered how much I miss my Japanese dramas! Sure wish I could get them via satellite.
As for ImaginAsian, satellite transponder frequencies change all the time, and ImaginAsian may well have just switched frequencies (or, for that matter, even moved to a different satellite). It’s tough going sometimes when you’re among those not watching the “official” feed.
